Multi-Omics Center

Multi-Omics Center

The Multi-Omics Center at ATLATL is designed to help teams understand biology from genes to function—and turn that insight into actionable decisions faster.

By integrating genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and metabolomics, the platform captures the full biological flow—from genetic potential to cellular activity and functional outcomes. Combined with spatial technologies, researchers can analyze not only what is happening, but where and how it happens within tissues.

Located within ATLATL’s bio-hubs, the platform enables on-site, integrated workflows, allowing scientists to generate multi-layer data quickly and connect it directly to downstream validation and development. This reduces fragmentation across vendors and accelerates target discovery, biomarker identification, and translational research.
