ATLATL provides a comprehensive core facility system designed to support day-to-day research and enable teams to start immediately without building their own infrastructure. These facilities form the foundation of R&D operations, covering essential workflows across biology, chemistry, and data analysis.
General Core Facilities
Our generalized core facilities provide the most fundamental support for research and development. These shared resources are fully integrated into our lab environment and are readily accessible to all teams, ensuring efficient, reliable execution of routine and foundational experiments.
Pathology & Tissue Processing
Supports sample preparation and analysis for histological studies, including tissue processing, sectioning, staining, and microscopy, enabling basic pathology and translational workflows.
Biochemical & Analytical Systems
Core tools for protein, enzyme, and molecular analysis, supporting assays such as quantification, activity measurement, and biochemical characterization.
Cell Biology Support
Infrastructure and equipment for cell culture, cell-based assays, and basic functional studies, including incubators, biosafety cabinets, and cell analysis tools.
Bioinformatics & Data Support
Basic computational support for data processing, analysis, and interpretation, enabling teams to manage and extract insights from experimental data.
These general core facilities ensure that teams have immediate access to essential research capabilities, reducing setup time and enabling faster progress from idea to experiment.
Specialized Core Platforms
In addition to general facilities, ATLATL co-builds advanced, specialized platforms with leading global instrument companies and CRO partners. These platforms provide high-end, application-specific capabilities and are fully integrated into our on-site R&D environment. Detailed capabilities are introduced in our R&D Platforms section.
