Introduction:

The Single-Cell & Spatial Biology Center at ATLATL is designed to help teams understand complex biology and identify the right targets faster. 

By integrating spatial multi-omics with live single-cell functional analysis, the platform enables researchers to move from discovery to validation in a single workflow. Scientists can first map cell types, states, and microenvironment interactions directly in human tissues, and then isolate and test individual cells in real time to confirm function and therapeutic relevance.

 Located within ATLATL’s bio-hubs, teams work side-by-side with technical experts, enabling rapid iteration and generation of decision-ready data. This closed-loop approach significantly reduces the gap between biological insight and therapeutic development, accelerating programs in oncology, immunology, and precision medicine.
